Summer endurance training for under 13’s is being held every sunday at edwards lake meeting at the boat house car park in Emma Ave.
Objective: Is to build on the kids endurance as next season will require more running.
Training format: The aim is to utilise the jogging path around edwards lake starting with walking 100m running 100m for a full lap. Building to jogging 100m sprinting 100m over the 1500m circuit.
The kids should bring suitable jogging shoes and attire, parents are more than welcome to join in and run with the kids.
